RAF Bases

There are two ex-RAF bases in the area; RAF Woodbridge and RAF Bentwaters.

From 1951 until 1993, they were operated by the USAFE as "Twin Bases."

The British Army has now moved onto the former RAF Woodbridge and re-named it Rock Barracks.
